License management is streamlined and accessible exclusively to superadmin users within the Fudo Enterprise platform.

Trial License Activation

The trial license is available only once per organization. This type of license operates under the same rules as a standard license, offering a realistic experience of the system’s capabilities.

To enable the trial version of the Fudo ShareAccess:

1. Log in to the Admin Panel of the Fudo Enterprise instance.
2. Select Settings > Fudo ShareAccess.
3. In the License section click the Start trial button.

Requesting a License

To request a license for the Fudo ShareAccess:

1. Log in to the Admin Panel of the Fudo Enterprise instance.
2. Select Settings > Fudo ShareAccess.
3. In the License section click the Request license access button.
4. Fill out the quote form to get in touch with Fudo Security.

Uploading License File

After receiving the license file you need to upload it in the Fudo Enterprise instance:

1. Log in to the Admin Panel of the Fudo Enterprise instance.
2. Select Settings > Fudo ShareAccess.
3. In the License section, click the Upload license button or drag the license file directly into the Drag and Drop field.
4. The license file will be automatically processed, and the license will be loaded accordingly.

Previewing License Status in ShareAccess

1. Log in to the Fudo ShareAccess.
2. Expand the User Drop-down menu in the upper-right corner and select Manage organizations > Your Organization Name to access the organization settings.

3. In the left-hand menu, select License.
