Share Resources

Fudo ShareAccess introduces a new approach to resource management, allowing users to share access with other members of their organization. This feature is available exclusively for private domain organizations that support member invitations.

  1. Log in to Fudo ShareAccess.
  2. Upon logging in, you will be automatically directed to the Resources View, which displays a list of all resources you currently have access to.
  3. Locate the resource you want to access in the Resources View and click on the . icon in the corresponding row.

  1. In the Share Access window, from the Participants list select all members to whom you want to share your resources.
  2. Next, select the type of access you need:
    • On Demand Access:
      • Once approved, members can request access using the JIT (Just-in-Time) functionality. Follow the Request Access section to learn more.
    • Immediate Access:
      • Once approved, members will gain access to the resource for a specific duration (in hours) that you defined in the Access Duration field.
      • Immediate access is limited to a maximum of 24 hours.
    • Scheduled Access:
      • Specify the desired time window for access by filling in the Start At and Finish Till fields.

Note

You can share resources only with members of your organization who have already created an account in Fudo ShareAccess and had it activated by an administrator.

  1. Click Share Access to send the request to the administrator.
  2. To review the history of your requests and check whether they were approved or denied, click the . icon in the selected resource row.

End Access

User can revoke access shared for other user:

  1. Log in to Fudo ShareAccess.
  2. Upon logging in, you will be automatically directed to the Resources View, which displays a list of all resources you currently have access to.
  3. Locate the resource you want to access in the Resources View and click on the . icon in the corresponding row.
  4. In the history of requests find the request corresponding to your previous share request and click . icon to end access.

  1. Provide the reason and click End access.
