Request Access¶

If resources are shared using the Just-In-Time feature, you must request access to the desired servers before using them. Access will only be granted once the organization owner approves your request.
Accessing Resources¶
Upon logging in to Fudo ShareAccess, you will be directed to the Resources View, which displays a list of all resources you currently have access to.
Note
If the Connect icon is inactive, it indicates that access to the corresponding resource requires approval from the organization owner.
Steps to Request Access¶
- Locate the resource you want to access in the Resources View and click on the . icon in the corresponding row.

In the Request Access window, select the type of access you need:
Immediate Access:
- Once approved, you will gain access to the resource for a specific duration (in hours) that you define in the Access Duration field.
- Immediate access is limited to a maximum of 24 hours.
Scheduled Access:
- Specify the desired time window for access by filling in the Start At and Finish Till fields.
Provide a reason for your access request in the Reason field (required).
Click
to send the request to the organization owner.
Note
After the organization owner accepts your request, you will be able to connect to the resources using the Connect icon. Refer to the Access Resources section for further details.
- To review the history of your requests and check whether they were approved or denied, click the . icon in the selected resource row.
