Create Organization¶
Last update: 28.03.2025
After signing in to Fudo ShareAccess using a public domain email, or a private domain email without an assigned organization, you will be asked to provide an organization name. This name must correspond to the organization name specified in the user’s configuration in Fudo Enterprise and can be modified later in the Manage Organizations section.

Note
A user can belong to only one organization.
Choose Collaboration Goal¶
The next steps are determined by the purpose for which you created your account in Fudo ShareAccess:
- Give Access - Choose this option if you have your own resources and want to use Fudo ShareAccess to grant access to them.
- Get Access - Choose this option if you do not have your own resources and will use Fudo ShareAccess solely to access resources shared with you by other organizations. After selecting this goal, you will be redirected directly to the All Resources view. To learn more, please follow the instructions in the Get Access section.
Note
Selecting Get Access does not restrict your ability to manage and grant access to resources at a later time.
Choose Gateway Type¶
After selecting the Give Access goal, you will need to specify which Fudo Security product to integrate with Fudo ShareAccess: Fudo Enterprise or Fudo One.

After selecting the appropriate product, you will be redirected to the Add gateway window. You can also follow the Give Access workflow section to learn how to manage gateways, users and resources.
