Cluster Configuration¶
Problem |
Symptoms and solution |
|---|---|
Data model objects are not replicated to other nodes |
Symptoms: Objects created on a node are not copied to other cluster nodes. Solution: Contact technical support department. |
Symptoms: A report generated on one cluster node is not visible in the Administration Panel of the other nodes. |
|
Cause: The relation between the nodes has been set to Replication only, which covers configuration data and session metadata exclusively. Reports, logs and session material require full replication. |
|
Solution: Edit the node on which the reports are generated and, in the Relations section, change the Database list to Replication with new session data or Replication with historical data. To make reports visible on both nodes, define the relation in both directions. For more information, refer to the Adding Cluster Nodes chapter. |
|
Symptoms: A session recorded on one node cannot be played back on another cluster node. |
|
Cause: There is no relation between those nodes, or the relation is set to Replication only. |
|
Solution: Session data is replicated only between nodes with a defined relation, and only from the node where the session was recorded. Define a relation with the Replication with new session data option. To transfer sessions recorded before the relation was created, select Replication with historical data. |
