Login Timeout¶
The Login Timeout feature allows administrators to set inactivity timeout limits for both the Admin Panel and User Access Gateway. This feature ensures that users are automatically logged out after a specified period of inactivity, enhancing system security.
Note
Only users with the superadmin or admin role can manage Login Timeout settings.
Users with operator role should not see ‘Login timeout’ section on the footer
- Click the Login Timeout button located in the footer at the lower-right corner of the screen to open the dialog box.
- In the Admin Panel Timeout and User Access Gateway Timeout fields, configure the timeout duration for each interface by specifying the desired inactivity period in minutes.
- Click to apply the settings.

Once the timeout settings are configured, a countdown timer will automatically appear in the Admin Panel and User Access Gateway to indicate the remaining time before automatic logout due to inactivity.
