Pausing Connection

In case a current user action requires analysis, the connection to the server can be paused.

Note

Pausing connection temporarily suspends data transmission. After resuming connection, buffered user’s actions are forwarded to the server.

1. Select Management > Sessions.

2. Click Filter and select the Active parameter.

3. From the parameter options, select yes.

4. Find desired session and click i to start playback.

5. Click Pause.
