Sensitive Features

Sensitive features refers to a set of options that require approval from two users who both hold the sensitive-feature-read and sensitive-feature-modify privileges.

Note

Keystrokes are not displayed in the session player by default. Enabling keystrokes display requires approval from two users who both hold the sensitive-feature-read and sensitive-feature-modify privileges.

To enable sensitive features, proceed as follows.

  1. Select Settings > System.

  2. Go to the General tab.

  1. Select Show keyboard input in the Sensitive Features section to initiate the feature.

  2. Select Enable logs data removal option.

    • this option is combined with Retention settings, where you can specify when logs data should be removed.

  3. Click Save.

  1. Notify another system administrator that the features mentioned above have been initiated and require a confirmation.
