Reports¶
The reporting service generates detailed statistics of user access sessions.
System Reports¶
System reports are generated periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) by the system and are available only to users who have both the report-read and system-report-read permissions assigned. These reports contain complete data from the system, including all session objects, regardless of the user’s capabilities or privileges. This access is typically intended only for users with the superadmin role. For more, see the Reports Tab Permissions section.
User Reports: Periodic and On-Demand¶
In addition to the predefined reports, periodic reports can also be generated based on user-defined filtering definitions. These reports can also be generated on demand and include data related to specific sessions.
Periodic reports can be generated by users with the report-create privilege. These reports will contain only data related to session objects to which the user has access based on assigned permissions and capabilities.
Note
The user has access only to the reports they have created. If they have both the report-read and system-report-read permissions, they also have access to system-generated periodic reports.
