Notifications

Fudo Enterprise can send email notifications concerning defined connections.

  • access request sent – Sent when a user submits an access request for a session or resource.

  • access request sent (push) – Sent to the Fudo Officer when an access request is submitted. It is part of the session approval process and is typically delivered via push to allow quick response.

  • session finish – Sent when a session ends, either by the user or forcefully by the system.

  • Session join/leave – Sent whenever someone joins or leaves a session, including users with access permissions or external viewers using a shared session link.

  • session policy match – Sent when a session matches a specific monitoring or blocking policy.

  • session start – Sent when a new session is initiated.

  • session awaiting approval – Sent immediately after Fudo Enterprise displays the message informing the user that session approval is required. The notification is one-time only.

  • session AI – Sent when the AI engine detects suspicious behavior during a session.

Notification service is configured when creating new or editing existing connection.

    • notification-filter-read

    • notification-filter-create
