License Information

The License tab displays detailed information about the currently loaded license and the limits applied to individual modules.

Unique identifier of the loaded license.

License Owner

Name of the organization to which the license is issued.

License Type

Date when technical support for the license expires.

Warning

Starting with version 6.1, the license file includes the technical support end date. An expired support end date or Unknown support status blocks upgrades to future Fudo Enterprise versions. Before upgrading beyond Fudo Enterprise 6.1, contact Fudo Presales team to obtain a license file that includes the support end date.

Privileged Session Management

Field

Description

Expiration Date

Date when the Privileged Session Management license expires.

Available Servers

Number of servers currently configured in the system compared to the maximum allowed by the license. After exceeding this limit, adding new servers or modifying existing ones is no longer possible. For more details, see the description of the Accounting Mode.

Number of Concurrent Sessions

The license also sets a cap on the number of sessions that can be monitored concurrently. When the limit is reached, no new sessions can be initiated until the number of active sessions falls below the licensed value.

Number of Active Users

Number of currently active PSM users compared to the licensed limit. An active user is defined as any user who has established a sessions on Fudo Enterprise within the last 30 days*.

Accounting Mode

Defines how the system accounts for license usage in terms of servers. Possible values are:

  • host – License usage is based on the number of unique IP addresses configured in the system. Port numbers are ignored, meaning multiple servers defined with different ports but the same IP address are counted as a single host.

  • unlimited – The number of defined servers is not limited. In this mode, license enforcement is based solely on the number of concurrently active sessions, not the number of configured servers.

Note

For more information about license limits and active user calculation rules, see the Licensing section.

Expiration Date

Expiration date of the Password Vault license.
