Productivity

Fudo Enterprise features a productivity analysis component which tracks users’ activities and can provide precise information on activity and idle times.

Note

Productivity analysis can be disabled at the customer’s request. This allows compliance with legal requirements in countries that restrict the monitoring of employee productivity. The feature is disabled through the license file — it is enabled by default. To obtain a license file with productivity analysis disabled, contact the Fudo Presales team.

When productivity analysis is disabled, the following are not available:

  • the Productivity tab and all of its subpages,

  • the Activity column in the sessions list, along with filtering and sorting by this value,

  • the Activity column in the system report,

  • the productivity-read privilege in role configuration.
