Logging into the User Access Gateway¶

Note

  • User Access Gateway is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge on Microsoft Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS.

  • User Access Gateway supports Single Sign On for Active Directory accounts. Refer to system documentation for information on how to enable the SSO in Access Gateway.

  • User Access Gateway supports login via Azure or Okta. Authorized administrators can configure OpenID Connect globally for the entire system instance.

  1. Open web browser and direct it to the IP address of the User Access Gateway.

Note

You can obtain the IP address from your system administrator.

  1. Accept the security alert exception to display the login page.

  1. Enter the username, password and click Login.
